THE best Japanese bakery around here. They perfect the traditional Japanese bakery goods like red beans bun (an-pan), cookie bun (melon pan), and the pain au Chocolat (chocolate croissant). And let me tell you about their oh so delicious curry bun (curry pan). Soft yet crunchy on the outside, moist and chewy dough on the inside, and that curry inside is like liquid gold... I have yet to taste their cakes but I hear they are equally exquisite. Highly recommended for those looking for excellent quality bakery goods made with passion and love. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face!
This is a staple of mine! I’ve been coming here weekly for the past couple months trying something new each time and everything has been DELICIOUS! I really enjoy the people there, fantastic service, and very cheery atmosphere! Very grateful for little slice of Japan right in my neighborhood! And seriously the best and most creative baked goods I have had here by far!
We ordered a custom 2 tiered heart shaped cake for our wedding this past saturday. There was a lot of back and forth communication over email about the process, and because of that, in the end there ended up being a bit of a miscommunication about the shape of the cake. I picked our cake up friday, and didn't realize at the time that the shape was not what I meant for it to be, but by the time i realized it, i was already driving the cake down to our venue. I called Anna at the Enchanted oven and explained what had happened. The staff was extremely apologetic and understanding, and went SO far above and beyond to make it right that i couldn't possibly recommend them more. At this time our wedding was 24 hours away, and they still Special ordered more black cocoa powder, remade our cake, AND delivered it from Denver to Monument to our venue saturday afternoon so that we could have the wedding cake we wanted. The cake was AMAZING but more than that, their desire to take care of us and get us the cake that we had wanted went way above and beyond what I think anyone else would have done in the same situation. Everyone loved our cake, and it was for sure one of the best parts of our wedding. And that happened only because of the lengths they were willing to go to make everything right. Thank you so much, we can not appreciate what you did for us more.
I needed a cake for our gender reveal/very micro wedding. Our original baker fell through. I frantically came to Enchanted Oven and the ladies were so sweet and definitely pulled through for me last minute and the weekend of a holiday. I gave them the secret paper with the gender and the cake far exceeded my expectations. I could not have been happier! And it tasted amazing too! Thank you so much!!

I was so surprised to discover this authentic Japanese bakery in Broomfield! We met the owners, Rod and Maki, and they are the sweetest people you will ever meet. The communication process was wonderful — we discussed the cake design in detail, and they absolutely delivered! The cake was not only beautifully decorated but also tasted amazing. All our guests loved it! We also ordered curry buns and peach pastries for the dance floor. Let me tell you — I didn’t even get to see them because they were gone in seconds! Best customer service I’ve ever received in my whole entire existence. And I’ve been alive for a pretty long time. No seriously I’m basically older than the oldest turtle on the planet. And I’ve been to many many locations around the world and this has to be the best service with the most delicious bread. This place was on my list for a while now. Idk why I waited so long. Every bite was truly fantastic. Fluffy, savory, and aromatic. Our second time here and 100% worth the drive. Don’t go to Wally World for your desserts. Definitely come here!
I honestly cannot give this bakery enough stars. They went above and beyond and deserve all the love. There was some miscommunication regarding the shape of our ×edding cake, and they immediately jumped in and remade the cake and even delivered the cake all the way to Colorado Springs! Truly saved the day and were so very kind about the whole situation. Not to mention our cake was a new experience for them since we wanted an all black cake (very black) They were willing to experiment with new ingredients to find the perfect fit between color and flavor (those who know - black frosting can taste kind of gross). But they were able to find the perfect ingredients to make this lovely cake not only look but taste delicious. We wanted a simple two teared heart cake with coconut cream and red velvet. (Also wanted minimal decorative froasting). Everyone loved the cake.
